My classes are geared towards those who enjoy a slower and restorative practice along with those who NEED to slow down, take a deep breath and give themselves 'Me' time. 

I love holding space for people to let go; to release all their worries and physical tensions; for individuals to take a deep breath in and sigh it all out; to guide you into a series of postures that support your overall health and well-being; to help you in your journey of being more present and aware of who you are at your core.

With an emphasis on breath work and gentle movements,  we are able to let go, release, connect with our inner self. You will leave our session feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored. 

This is what I call The Art of Slowing Down. 

My teachings are influenced by so many factors and the biggest one is the notion of giving ourselves permission for self-care. We are stressed, overworked and emotionally burnt out; we need to give back to ourselves and to our spirit in order to give back to others in our community, our family and our loved ones.
