Relax. Be Guided. Sleep Well.

Yoga Nidra uniquely unwinds the nervous system, which is the foundation of the body’s well-being.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation tool. It is an ancient practice that aids in inducing full body relaxation and deep meditation. Yoga Nidra is effortless relaxation. Each session can last 10 minutes to 120 minutes - don't worry! The guided meditations I record and promote are around 25-30 minutes. If you are interested in a longer or specialized session please contact me for a customized recording.

Meditation aids: eye pillow or sleep mask; ear buds to help block out any sounds; peppermint or chamomile tea to help you relax & sleep better; essential oils; and crystals to promote health and well being.

Anyone can be guided through a yoga nidra session, and it only requires you to close your eyes and listen to the voice guiding you.

Participants and students generally leave each session completely relaxed and rejuvenated, and if you choose to listen before bed, you will leave ready to have the best night sleep.

You can listen to a yoga nidra meditation anytime during the day, and there are many that are guided for a specific purpose.

The recordings of Yoga Nidra that I offer range from Relaxation & Rejuvenation, a gentle 10 minute Mid-Day Boost, Self-Confidence, Full Moon learnings, Success in School or Work, and Sleep.

Check out this article in Elephant Journal for a list of why it's so awesome, and a list of the human superpowers that yoga nidra helps with.

We live in a chronically exhausted, overstimulated world...Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.
